How to put a widget on your front page
You can either search for one on WordPress or the World Wide Web (www). Once you find one you like click on it. (It will not work if it is already made one of WordPress widgets). But if you click on one that is Internet made than no worries! Sometimes it will take you to a homepage and sometimes it will take you to a page with two comment box like boxes. You are NOT to type anything in these and if you do it will show the text that you cannot understand with all these slashes and stuff so no type! Instead scroll down until the two boxes are in your screen. Look at both of the titles they have above them and the one that says ‘for websites and blogs and stuff HIGHLIGHT and make sure you highlight all of the writing in the box and then right click and press copy. Go back onto your WordPress page and go on to the widgets section (under design) and then the ones you have already selected or put on will be on the right of the screen if there is none there you mustn’t have put any on there! Then scroll down the left until you find ‘text’. Write in a title for this then on the bigger section of writing paste and you should have your weird writing then down to where it says save changes and then visit you’re web page! Easier done than Said!
